10 January 2020 – Offtake Agreements concluded

TAM Holdings signs two important offtake agreements to kick off its 2020 season for raw material from its major stockpile in Emalahleni. The offtake agreements are a significant mile stone for TAM’s cashflow budgets which will contribute towards the Group’s business strategy and momentum. More details to follow soon.

26 November 2019 – Director changes to TAM Holdings Limited.

Mr. Cobus Fraser of Fraser Mc Gill resigns as Director and is replaced by Mr. Jan Schellink. This was subject to a board meeting where it was decided to avoid potential conflict of interests as Cobus is also a Director of Fraser Mc Gill Mining Consultants who advises both TAM Holdings and Africa Rainbow Minerals (ARM).

15 November 2019 – TAM Holdings Limited closes on the VRB SA (Pty) Ltd / Evraz Highveld Steel & Vanadium deal.

TAM Holdings successfully closed on the transaction with the Business Rescue Practitioner (Restructuring SA) of VRB SA (Pty) Ltd for the acquisition of the strategic resource (stockpile) better known as the Vanchem Stockpile of +- 20 million tons.

November 2019 – TAM HOLDINGS converts to Public Company status.

Tam Holdings previously registered as TAM Holdings (Pty) Ltd and incorporated in the Republic of South Africa, has converted from a private company to a non-listed public company in preparation for a future listing.
